I ordered two of the 6-month cartridges for my so clean machine, and what I received didn't look anything like the photo or prior cartridges that I have purchased. I don't even notice the scent that I used to notice after cleaning, so I'm not sure if these new cartridges are even working.

My order didn't arrive via FedEx smart post on date indicated it would and info on it was only "pending" for arrival. The company sent the order via ups and I had within 4 days. The other order showed up at post office 9/30/2022 so I refused the shipment so it would be returned to the company

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
