A few years ago, my more than 5 year-old bi-pap machine, that would not be replaced by the therapist until it broke, did break,! It happened when I was on vacation in another state! No local providers would get involved in replacement or any kind of help. I called 1800CPAP to just order a machine to replace the one that wasn't working. To me, it was life and death, as my windpipe closes and my heart restarts many times, causing chronic A-fib. I purchased my own machine that I now use when I travel, and 1800CPAP.COM managed to get it programmed through my Cardiologist and delivered to me within 2 days at the RV Park where we were staying. Ever since, I have ordered new cushions, etc. through them. Their prices could be a bit better, but their service was stellar!
So the first thing is if you have a mustache that even with trimming you can't get a good seal. I also did not like the pulling effect of the hose. Trying to fix an idea that a strap on your head to me I much prefer the strap holding the noise peace on my nostrils I just find it more comfortable. Now on the upside, I did get the hose holder that mounts under the edge of the bed, which I love so at least I got one thing that was good.
Been looking for one like this for a while it fits my needs really well.

Quick delivery of the perfect parts for my Resmed S10 Fisher Paykal Zet mask. If you have fixed yours with epoxy and creativity (please see photo!), and its not quite fitting right, you are are losing sleep. You probably need to order a new mask. Wash your headgear strap, re-use it and save some money if you may.

I wanted to order CPAP supplies & get a receipt that might be acceptable to Medicare to evaluate if I could be re-imbursed. This was accomplished, except that the pdf was not very clear.
I purchased a SoClean 2 Compatible Adapter for AirSense 11. It is worthless as it does not establish a good seal over the CPAP water reservoir and the CPAP machine. The CPAP interprets this as a leak, overcompensating for the pressure loss and result is high air pressure and related noise of operation. NOT COMFORTABLE!

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
