Fast delivery too
This is somewhat complicated. On Saturday of New Year's Weekend (2022-2023) our two five month old puppies somehow got a hold of my mask and hose and ripped them up. Since I had just received them through insurance, I knew I would need to pay for the replacements out of pocket. I placed the order on Saturday, knowing that the supplies probably wouldn't be shipped before Tuesday and living in Alaska would not arrive before the following weekend. They arrived on Thursday after I placed the order, leaving me just a few days without my CPAP. So overall this was a reasonably good experience.
I let you know about allergies to the materials in some of your products-got no response. I also had to sew one of your products in order to use it, as the velcro was so flimsy that it was useless.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
