I got a refurbished airsense 10 just like my oldOne it no.longer blows air or changes to my sleep pattern i got no answer from 1 800 cpap who i bought it from I thought because I get a stuffy nose in tbe middle f th night fhst maybe tbe machine couldnt read thst I was breathing out of my mouth she suggested of course to buy a heated hose or send the machine back i snore badly with this one so I went back to my old one which is doing the same thing I have tried a the troubleshooting things nothing works this Hine is certainly ly not press start and you will get a good night's sleep fsrf ft om.it I wake up because I can't breathe im using my old onebecause it does at least control my snoring but my new one doesn't even do that and I paid 749 for it i just want a good nights sleep
The product and shipping time is fine but I wasn't happy with the mask I bought. I thought you would take back a mask that was used if I wasn't happy with the product. You did take back the unused product but I had to pay shipping which was not cheap

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
