123Print

I placed an order on 8/22/2024 automated quote said that I will receive my order by 8/28/2024.
I agreed and placed it, they then emailed me to fix the artwork I submitted which I did immediately. They sat on the information I supplied to them. That caused delay and then there were production delay added.
So from 8/28 pushed all the way to 9/6/2024 which is 2 days passed my functions that this order was needed. This is bad printing service! If you need dependable service they are not it!
I had to order elsewhere to make my function date a week later and I'll receive it before 123printing! It even cost less than 123printing.
Look elsewhere for your printing services. 123printing is so bad in my experience you shouldn't have to go through this.

I have been ordering from them for months now. I have ordered business cards and have been satisfied until this last order. Before, we were getting 1st quality cards with clear glossy print. This last order was a re-order of the same cards we have gotten the last 6 or 8 times we have ordered. The cards came on inferior card stock, the printing was not sharp and it came with an inferior matte finish. When I complained I was told that it was the same card the first time I complained. The second time I was told that when we didn't specify glossy it reverted to matte. We have not specified glossy any of the other times and a re-order produced the same card as before. Highly dissatisfied and will not reorder with this company.

Update (3.18.23): they did fix my business cards so the blue extends out to the border and the edges are clean and smooth. It looks much better. I also changed the email address.
Old review:
Some of the business cards have a white border on all sides, some of them have it on three sides and some of the cards have a white border on three sides and the side with no white border have a scuffed up edge. They look sloppy. It wasn't until after I received the business cards that it has a white border on all four sides. The white border makes the business cards look unfinished. It's a wierd look.
I called and let them know what needs to be fixed and they will reprint and send them out. Hopefully they look a lot better and I changed the email address on the business cards too.
