I tried ordering from them but I got an error message saying that 'the site is not safe, hackers are trying to get my information from clothingunder10'. I tried different computers and different web browsers but the same message. I never had this problem with 10dollarmall where I shopped for several years and several times during the year. Has anyone else had this problem? I am not saying stay away, I didn't have any suitable options.
So, I was waiting on my shoes for 2 weeks. I did not get any follow-ups at all. Until today, I checked my paypal and they refunded my money. I never got my shoes because apparently they were selling items which were out of stock! I'm so pissed off, those shoes were supposed to be for my daughter's birthday and now she won't have anything until after her birthday.
This store is crap! Everything I have ever bought from here has been broken or 3 sizes smaller than listed. But no matter what all of the clothing is of very low quality. I understand everything is 10.00 and below but you are definitely getting what you pay for with this site. Low prices=cheap clothing.
Worst company to order from. Returned items like 5-6 months ago and till this day, have not got credit or refund. You can even get in contact with them and don't even respond to emails. Never order from them again.
I really wanted to like this site... I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and got them 5 days later, so their shipping time was pretty good. Before I ordered, I measured my hips to make sure they would fit. I measured the same as the model for both pairs, so I got the sizes they were wearing in the photos. I try them on, and they're WAY small. I read the size chart and measured... definitely not true to size. When I called the 800 number, I was told that I would have to pay to ship them back and pay for the right size to be shipped to me. Then she advised me, and I quote "I would keep them and give them as a gift."... That would be fantastic if I had money to buy people gifts with, but the whole reason I got them was to save money on something I really needed. For an online store, their return policy is pretty ridiculous. Money wasted... lesson learned.
I've ordered items that were in stock at the time with this company and only receive 1/2 my items in the order with no notice of why my items are canceled or not sent. How can a person be happy with ordering an outfit and only receiving 1/2 of it. They offer no explanation for their horrible incomplete service.
I've ordered from here around 4 or 5 times and I've always been satisfied. I JUST received a compliment on my shoes I ordered from there and they are almost m year old! Saddened that the site is no longer available
I love 10 dollar mall! I order from here at least 6-10 times a month! I always get ask about my outfits or my shoes purses everything. The clothes does run small so just when you order go up a size. Other than that. I love here shopping here. I don't even shop at the clothing store. It only takes about 3 days for me to receive my things! I just finish placing another order
I haven't had any issues ordering from them like others seem to be having. My shipment came fast and everything was smooth sailing. I just wish they'd get back up and running so I could order from them again.
I loved shopping on this site, and then they closed without any warning. Now they are saying they are affiliated with clothing under 10 which is nothing compare to them, there isn't shoes neither men clothing available there. It would be nice to know if the site would ever be up and running again.
After I've received instead of a beautiful dress, I've purchased, something else, I've contacted the customer service, which is really great! Myra D was really helpful and did her best to solve the problem with a wrong item!
People coming here giving bad reviews are fools. I have bought more than 40pairs if shoes everything came looking great and for the price it prefect. Their cloths are good too. I get my item ship to me after a week. No matter what you do people would hate. 10$mall all the way
I have ordered off of this site multiple times now and I LOVE it. You have the opportunity to earn up to 15% every single order. Currently I receive 3% off of all orders! Just be aware that the shipping takes FOREVER. If you can't stand slow shipping then don't shop here. It is so cheap so who cares? I have 10 pairs of shoes from them and I love them all! Definitely try this site out!
My first time ordering from this site and I loved it! I just made another order from the today! I ordered 6 pairs of shoes. They're all true to size and true to their appearances. Good quality. I used paypal to pay and It arrived within 1-2 weeks!(It arrived on the exact due date they gave me) I don't understand why people here are saying that the tracking number didn't work at all. Well actually, it didn't work within the first day but from then on and afterwards it worked perfectly fine! It arrived with FedEx. I definitely recommend! I didn't order anything else other than shoes, so... so far I only recommend buying shoes from here! :)
So far so good! I have only had one item that I didn't love, but it wasn't due to the quality. It simply was not my style. Gave it away to a now happy friend. I haven't had any dealings with customer service as of yet. Items ship quickly and arrive nicely packaged.
I bought 2 sweaters and a pair of heels, and I love them! The products are true to their sizes and the sweaters are so warm and soft! The only problem you could say that I had was the heels were a bit higher than I thought (which is my fault for not reading the specifics) but they too are comfortable! No complaints what so ever... not to mention I only spent about $24 because they were all on sale and I found a free shipping code! Best thing ever!
I've read several reviews online that claim that this site is a scam. Let me tell you this site is 100% REAL! My 1st order I ordered 17 items & was totally happy/satisfied with not only each & every item but also with the service & speed of delivery. They have a facebook fanpage that their fans can ask all sorts of questions and get responses in a timely manner. With that said, their customer service is astounding!
I think in any business, sometimes its the luck of the draw, i have spent hundreds of dollars here and have had great luck, with no issues, shoes and clothing included. I will continue to buy from them, i love their trendy clothes, everytime i wear them to work, i get so many compliments about how unique and cute my clothes are.
I absolutely love this site for cheap clothing. Products are great and prices are ridiculously unbelievable. I have been comparing to other sites and found that they have a lot of items at half the price the other sites do.
Customer service is excellent. Whatever time of day I emailed them, I would get a prompt respones.
I had a few problems with my card since my shipping info was different from my billing information but that was rectified after I proved my identification.

Been shopping with this site since 10th grade, I remember getting so many compliments on the dress I got from there, ever since than I've been a faithful customer. I'm now 21 and still shopped on there. Last purchase was feb. Of this year & now it saddens me to know it maybe out of business. Please come back. The deals and clothes were PERFECT. I don't see were the site went wrong. Shipping was always fast as well... I hope this site comes back, truly miss it.
