Received a defective product, custom measuring is a joke, customer service is the worse I have even encountered. If you ask me the dress is unwearable as is and it should go in the garbage, thankfully we had VIsa and now in dispute.

You will never see a refund unless you used a Visa/Mastercard to purchase the dress, if you did then call your bank right away, many times they can help. I spoken to dozens of ladies who have been duped by this company. I should have known when I saw their name as Wishbrides, no one in USA would say it that way. We all must get wiser and start looking for "made in the USA" before we purchase anything.
