I just wasted a couple of hundred dollars on this crappy site. We bought my mothers dress for my wedding because she fell in love with the design. We even sent out our measurements as they said they can do it in custom size. I don't know how they read their measurements because when I told them it doesn't fit at all, they said the measurements were done exactly how we provided it and that we should just best consult with a tailor to have it altered. This site is a scam. China quality too.

Terrible customer service. My dress arrived with unsewn areas, snags, threads hanging and they will not allow a return or refund. Buyer beware! There is no contact number. Their refund policy states you can return if there are defects. I received my defective dress and there response via email was "but we do not think that it need to return, u can fix at your local easily."

The worst experience ever. They ripped me off for $160.00. Worst fitting dress, not true to size. Then they refused to send me a return label. Poor quality material. An absolute joke. Dress still in bag, its going in the trash! Wish I had read their reviews first, but didn't. I was a victim abd ripped off! They shouldnt be allowed to rvrn have, a website! SCAMMERS!

Worst buying experience of my life! Not only did the dress not fit, the workmanship was awful and worse of all, the company did not believe my complaints and refused to do anything except offer me a 10% refund. What can I do with $16! Do not fall for the pretty pictures. This company should be shut down! No returns, no total refunds- ever!

They will give you a long runaround and then offer a small discount. Haven't heard or read of ANYONE getting a refund. Total fraud!

I ordered a mother of the groom dress for a $175. The dress was small on me. I ordered a size 12 to be on the safe size and it didn't fit me and the dress jacket was made for a child not an adult. I emailed them several times asking them for a refund but the only thing they told me was to take it to my tailor and have it adjusted. If I can give them a zero I will. Now I have to go out and buy a dress for my son's wedding that's going to happen in 4 weeks. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE

I ordered a Coral dress for my daughters sweet 16 and it arrived in light Pink. They barely speak English and refused to send the correct color dress. Never again.

I ordered a mother of the bride dress for $195. I measured myself before ordering. The sleeves were so small that I couldn't get the dress on to even try it on. The quality was poor. There was no packing slip or phone number. Shipped from China. I tried email but they refused to refund. Scam company.

Dress was NOTHING like the dress ordered. Wrong color and although custom size didn't fit. Horrible customer service Do not shop here. They offered me a $5 discount. This dress is going in the trash. I have no dress now for my daughters wedding next month. Should have known better.

I finally received my dress today! It is awful! I sent my measurements. I even sent my measurments 2 inches bigger than my actual bust and waist size. I can't even get it over my shoulders or half way around my body. There is no way I could ever zip it! This company is terrible and is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I feel like they completely stole my money! Now I have no dress for my sons wedding!

I was a bit skeptical when I purchased my Daughter's sweet 16 dress at first because of the limited reviews and contact information provided on the website. However I received follow up emails of the status of my order and received the dress on time and it is beautiful and true to the size I ordered. The dress was exactly like the photo provided on their website. I will definitely purchase from this site again!

I ordered a dress thought it looked nice when I received it it was made for a deformed body. I'm a size 16 and have been for many years. Every 16 fits. Except this one. The sleeve were so small, measures 6 inches I couldn't zip the dress I still needed like 6 more inches of material. And all the sales reps would tell me to take it to a tailor.

I was leery of ordering online for my daughter's wedding, but the nice reviews on the site reassured me. What a pack of lies. The dress arrived in a timely fashion but it was obviously not cut to fit the measurements. Customer service asked for photos which clearly showed the dress falling off my shoulders and draped on the floor. I was told that the dress was correct to my size. If you are anything other than a standard size, I would not waist the money.

Can't wear at all. Wrong color, wrong size, no response from customer service. Wish I could have found these reviews earlier. Tuff lesson.

I ordered a dress and it came with no tags and used. The size was totally wrong. I tried to return it and they said no. Do not buy from this scam website...

I purchased a dress in a size 8 and it was way too small. I thought, my mistake and ordered a size 10, it was way too small too. I always wear an 8-10 in everything, no matter where I buy from. I tried to return it and they said to have a local taylor fix it. Well after two dresses at $150 each, I was so disappointed, a taylor can't add to the size like they suggested. Stay away from this company, that do not refund or exchange. I went to eventually went to David's Bridal and purchased a dress in a size 8 and that wait if I loose weight before the wedding, I could size down. :)

Beware on this website. I ordered a custom dress that cost me more than an $200. The quality was terrible. They offered me a $10 refund. After all the stress and because i could find a new dress, since time was short I had to borrow a dress from my friend. I would put a zero if I could. They stole my money

I received my dress 2-24-2016 with grease stains on front n the bottom of dress. Cluster of stains on back. I have sent message after message and no response. Now I am back to square one. Do not order from them.

I place an order from this website a few weeks ago for a rush order to get her prior to a wedding I was to attend. The order arrived and a size that I've worn for over two years suddenly didn't fit. I made multiple inquiries, emails, and requests and have yet to hear back anything from customer service about processing this return.

To add to that, there is no number available for this site to contact and just a billing address, don't let the good reviews on this site fool you. I bet there were placed there by employees. Don't waist your money ordering from this site, it's a SCAM.

Well, since I had a positive experience the first time I ordered a dress for my tall daughter, I thought I would try to order a graduation dress for my extremely petite daughter. Big mistake! I provided custom measurements, and the dress did not fit properly on the shoulders/bodice and the length of the dress was entirely too big/long. I contacted the company and was told to take photos, which I did. The photos clearly show that my petite daughter was swimming in the to large dress.

Initially when I measured her, I even provided the "hollow to floor" measurements, and all measurements were correct as I am a seamstress, and I know how to measure! The computer system gave an error message that the hollow to floor length was too short. Well, apparently they decided that they should make the dress based on someone else's measurements because the dress they provided didn't even come close to fitting.

So disappointing was that the customer service - I complained, provided photos, and was told that the dress was custom made and so they didn't feel that not fitting was their problem. No way to return it, and no refund of any kind.

Rather than throwing it in the trash (it was beautiful fabric and beautifully made, wrong size), I decided to give it to my very tall daughter (who is 6 inches taller than her older sister. She zipped it up (thankfully both girls are really slim, but busty), and pronounced that if she didn't breathe too much she could wear it.

No customer service, and no admission of mistakes. No refunds. Would not buy from them or recommend them to others. Bad news all around.

So the dress didn't fit like a 0 when I ordered a 10 (some kind of Chinese metric) and the fabric was torn and had all kinds of snags... no return policy. Really bad online exchange of words... Really bad customer service. STAY AWAY.

I fell into the WOW category of great price for a custom made dress! When I first open the package my heart sunk... I had ordered a GOLD Chiffon gown for my son's wedding. A Dark Mustard Yellow is what I got. Thought I could work with it but once inspecting the garment I found so many defects in the sewing that it will take me weeks before I brave to even try it on. My 4-H students can sew better than that! The material on the bodice is so stiff it would probably rub me raw before the evenings out. I wrote a review on the dress but they will not post it, guess they only post good reviews. I should have done more investigating before spending the money. Thank Goodness I have time to look locally for a dress.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. The color I ordered was burgundy. The color I received was red! When I looked at the color on there site it is not the color I received. I emailed them right away and the reply was..."That is the right color. Our burgundy looks like red". No refund, no nothing. Sorry that is the color. I am out $149.00 and cannot wear a red dress to the wedding. This website is in China by the way. Package arrived from China.Do not order unless you order black or white. They can't screw that color up.
