on 8/27/15I called my credit card company and they are temporarily deleting the cost of my dress from my bill while they investigate Wishbrides. I suggest more of you who had bad experiences do this!
I have been getting the run around from the "chat"person Sandra. I have emailed with no response! I'm so angry that I did not research this further before ordering and spending $184 with shipping. Terrible company and service. Don't order from them. You'll be sorry!
I was able to receive my refund, because I filed a complaint with Paypall. If you paid through PayPal you might want to Dispute it ASAP.
Good luck getting your refund. I have been in contact with wishbrides since June and have still not received a refund or an address to return the dress. I keep getting excuses such as "it took them material, time, and international shipping costs" and so they can't provide me a refund for a dress that was not made to size. I hope you have better luck than I have had. Poor customer services, and poorly made clothing.
This is there MO. They bury you with people and then you get no where as they ask the same questions then tell you it's your fault and never address the real issues. Take it off your credit card and make a complaint for refund. They also comnmit customs fraud. Look at your pro-forma invoice it's half what you paid.
