There's a million complaints, is there something we can do about getting them off of these websites. Or can we all get together and Sue them? And also I would like to know how much you paid those (3) three people that gave you 5 stars.

No, the reviews aren't fake. Sounds like you just didn't get what you wanted. It's too bad that the company won't work with you to resolve it, but if you have a complaint, you can always contact your credit card and refuse to pay. Your credit card should protect you. Since the websites don't take cash, you are always protected by the credit card you used. Just so you know - my dress was perfect! I guess I got lucky...

Yes, they are in China. My mother didn't think to contact her credit card company, just contacted wish brides multiple times to return the dress, each time with a different request. To finally deny returning it. I think the 5 star ratings are either fake from people in that "company" or just outliers. My mother did contact Better Business Bureau and I suggest everyone does the same! I think/hope when they receive multiple complaints of this, something will be done.

Unfortunately, silly me, I used a debit card so they were spending my money long before I saw the poor excuse for the dress I received from them. I tried everything I could and I never got a nickle back. That was last October 2015. I wish no one had to go through this but it will take a smarter person than I to make them go away.

They are in China it turns out, I never thought of contacting my credit card company, great idea. 8 months ago now, I assume too late. Perhaps I should try. It's too bad because the dress, as pictured, was my dream dress.

I contacted my credit card company, Citibank, described my terrible experience and all the other complaints this company has received and they were very sympathetic. They have temporarily erased the amount I paid for my dress from my bill while they are investigating Wishbrides. If the company doesn't allow me to return the dress and be reimbursed, the bank will cover my loss.
I also think everyone should report Wishbrides to the Better Business Bureau.
