Yes I have been trying to return a dress and get a refund but no help for this company very poor business I will never buy again I keep getting a go around about my dress the dress is way too big and color is way off. I just want a refund that's all I ask what do I need to do about this
Mr Alan Yang, I ordered a dress from your company and received a dress that was not like the picture. I have been online with a number of customer service people and cannot get any cooperation in returning this dress. Needless to say I have had to purchase a different dress for his upcoming wedding due to e disappointment of the dress I received from Wishbrides.
I am nervous about an order I just placed because of the lack of contact information and the fact that my credit card company has indicated suspected fraud on my account immediately following seem to support my fears. How can I verify that your company actually exists and will send my dresses within the time frame indicated?

Don't waste your time. They will have ten different people talk to you and say stupid stuff like the dress you ordered is the right size, etc avoiding all quality issues then offer you a 6 percent discount. Total scam
