Later they might come up with an excuse and let you struggle on yourself, with your best possible efforts to get the tickets or something equivalent to it.

If they have provided you with detailed information on the puck-up point, you should hopefully be OK.

Check with them the dy before or even the same day, as when I picked my tickets up from a hotel, they had been moved to a different room and hadn't notified me so we had to ask around a bit, but we got the tickets in the end!

In my opinion, Viagogo is NOT reputable. If you don't need any help or help for something easy, things will be fine. But if you need customer service for something difficult, you will probably go down a long, torturous dead end road. Just my opinion. Hope things go well.
