If the seller is fraudulent Swappa will ask the buyer to send the phone back to the seller and once the seller receives the phone they wil be asked to process a refund. Mind you the seller already committed fraud by not sending the item describe, now you're to trust that they will refund you. Swappa does not have control of the funds. Good luck... buyer beware!
