I just bought from an individual who didn't sent the phone. So maybe it is a better deal to buy from a mass seller where you will at least get a phone. In a battle with Paypal right now to get a refund. Swappa is NO HELP AT ALL in getting my refund. The seller didn't even provide tracking numbers, just fell off the face of the earth. Swappa sent me their customer support advise that maybe it's time to go to PayPal for a force refund. Good luck!
