if i buy an iPhone and it does not work can i return it for a full refund

Swappa is not responsible for any sale that doesn't match the description. Their response is that swappa is that they trust the seller to be honest, and when they're not swappa cannot he held responsible.

Swappa does it protect it's buyers. If a seller sends a phone that cannot be activated, Swappa will ask you to return the phone in good faith to the fraudulent seller. Once the seller receives the phone, they are responsible for refunding the buyer. Swappa does not help with the transaction, other than give instructions. They do not guarantee or have any control over transfer of funds. Buyer Beware!!

Yes but to find out if the phone works you have to buy a sims card, activate it and then you pay for shipping and handling back to the seller and you recover the cost of the phone only, not the cost of the sims card, the activation fee or the postage and handling back to the seller, and what if he doesn't return the money. I wanted to hear from this guy when I bought the phone, he didn't respond because he said he was out of town, I guess he couldn't get emails from where he had gone to.
