Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. When you place your first order, we offer two checkout options: 'regular' and 'VIP'. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount for your first order as well as special pricing and perks on future orders. However, it does also activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $49.95 a month which can be redeemed for any bundle or single item on site up to $80 VIP price and expires after 12 months from the time it was added to your account. We also have the "skip-the-month" feature, just simply log in to your account between the 1st through the 5th of the month and hit the skip button. That way, you are still maintaining your VIP status so you can be eligible for promotions, accumulate reward points, and get discounts whenever you decide to buy but won't be charged $49.95 on the billing cycle.

If you wish not to add the $49.95 to your online account, you may Skip the Month on the 1st - 5th of every month and you are good to go for the month. That way, you are still maintaining your VIP status so you can be eligible for promotions, accumulate reward points, and get discounts whenever you decide to buy but won't be charged on the billing cycle.

What you have to really pay attention to is the fine print... YES, if you forget to skip a month and they charge the $39.95, it becomes a credit you can use later. BUT, when you place an order and try to use that credit later, those shoes better be $39.95 or more because if they cost less, terms say " Each VIP Credit may be redeemed in its full amount only"-so if your order is $29.95, you use your credit of $39.95, but don't get back the $10 difference! The only way you keep difference of a credit is if you have more than one credit of $39.95, and the shoes are more than that. Example: you have 2 credits... the shoes cost $49.95... you use the 1st credit, of $39.95, and $10.00 of your 2nd credit The remaining $29.95 of that 2nd credit will remain in your VIP account. Be careful because the second you forget to skip a month, you now don't have a choice but to spend $39.95+, whether you find shoes that cost more or less than that.
