ShoeDazzle follows standard sizing; however, fit also varies depending on the specific style of the item. If the item you purchased didn't fit you, we have a 60-day return policy available to our members (excluding items that are on final sale as per the promotion's terms). You can return the item for an exchange for a different size or color or return it for a store credit, which can be used towards VIP-priced items; however, it may not be combined with a promotion depending on the terms. You can initiate a return label online under the Order History tab.
The only thing that I know to do is call. The customer service number I have for them is 888-508-1888. That said, I never found their customer service reps that helpful.
Sorry Lataria I can't even find a legit phone number for them. I feel like shoe dazzle is a big scam
Sorry but I haven't order clothes from them.
I would call them and ask. I would have no idea I've never ordered clothes from them.
That's a European size. See if you can Google to find the U.S. equivalent.
