Why do i have a recurring charge on my account from shoedazzle?

When you place your first order, we offer two checkout options: 'regular' and 'VIP'. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount for your first order as well as special pricing and perks on future orders. However, it does also activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $49.95 a month which can be redeemed for any bundle or single item on site up to $80 VIP price and expires after 12 months from the time it was added to your account.

Just noticed that shoedazzle and justfab ship out of the exact same place, to me it seems like they are in a combined warehouse, so i would like to know why can't i get the same shoes from either place, i had 15 credited with justfab figured i would use them for christmas presents, (my fault for not skipping each month but this year been in and out of hospital more than i care to remember) anyway the shoes my daughter wants are from shoe dazzle, i have spent a lot of time looking at both site and more then 75_ percent of the shoes, boots, booties and so on can be found on both sites expect for the two pair of booties my youngest wants, just don't seem fair to spend more cash when i have 5 credits still left, spend 10 waiting for my shipments to arrive today. can i use the credits if they are gift card credits that just fab issued to me seeing how i hadn't used my account in 12 months, i thought i had lost some credits or someone was using them but found out they said they sent me emails for the credits. i searched my email and no such emails had i received so they did resend an email with the 5 gift card credits that i can use.

ShoeDazzle and JustFab are sister companies but it is under a different business unit so you won't have the option to use your credit from ShoeDazzle to your JustFab account.

When you place your first order, we offer two checkout options: 'regular' and 'VIP'. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount for your first order as well as special pricing and perks on future orders. However, it does also activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $49.95 a month which can be redeemed for any bundle or single item on site up to $80 VIP price and expires after 12 months from the time it was added to your account. We also have the "skip-the-month" feature, just simply log in to your account between the 1st through the 5th of the month and hit the skip button. That way, you are still maintaining your VIP status so you can be eligible for promotions, accumulate reward points, and get discounts whenever you decide to buy but won't be charged $49.95 on the billing cycle.

If you wish not to add the $49.95 to your online account, you may Skip the Month on the 1st - 5th of every month and you are good to go for the month. That way, you are still maintaining your VIP status so you can be eligible for promotions, accumulate reward points, and get discounts whenever you decide to buy but won't be charged on the billing cycle.

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

Can i still receive my 1st order & cancel the membership within 24 to 48 hours w-out being charged for the monthly fee of 39.95?
