on 11/19/15Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. ShoeDazzle and JustFab are sister companies but it is under a different business unit so you won't have the option to use your credit from ShoeDazzle to your JustFab account.
Hope this helps you out.
ShoeDazzle, a subscription e-commerce company founded by Brian Lee, Robert Shapiro, and Kim Kardashian, has merged with one of its biggest competitors, JustFab. PandoDaily first reported the deal talks Tuesday evening. Aug 22,2013
This is the jist of it from a long article about the merger. I am a retailer so I know the behind the scenes of product. I read a lot of complaints about the quality of Just Fab shoes and some about Shoe Dazzle, but it's seems the most of Shoe Dazzle is about the $39.95 people didn't know about.
FYI - as far as the warehouse situation. Just because they merged doesn't mean all things about how business is conducted merges. Even if they hadn't merged they can still use the same dropship warehouse. It's just the place that holds their product to ship out to the customer. Just Fab and Shoe Dazzle sell totally different shoes, so why would you expect for the purchase of the shoes to be interchangeable between two different company's? And this is besides the merger. I hope this is making sense. They may have similar shoes (honestly I would like to think Shoe Dazzle put more of their shoes on Just Fab) because I always thought Just Fab's shoes were really ugly, so perhaps Shoe Dazzle is merging more of their look into JustFab because it needed a change. Their shoes looked out dated, but anyhoo my point is no matter what it's two different company's that's now owned by one, all things will not merge as one.
