Why are most people referring to sammy dress as fraud? Why are most people referring to sammy dress as fraud?

Answer:

Because as any other business thera are good and bad experiences. I've been buying from Sammydress since last year and everything arrived perfectly. Some times packages may be lost in the mail and it's not the site's fault but that's why I pay the delivery insurance (1usd and cents) and pay through Paypal, if the package is lost Sammydress re-ships the dame items at no cost or if it never arrived I can get a refund from Paypal :)

I usually wear medium and i ordered a dress in M, it was tight around the boobs, wish i had ordered a L its a lovely dress. Im a DDD btw, yes really big bewbs :D

Question:

I messaged the support centre 6 days ago but am getting no response. both confirmation emails included the line "part of the products that have not been sent are displayed as follows:" both sent parcels have now arrived and i can confirm those listed as "not sent" are missing but i note i have been charged for all of the items in both orders. does this mean that these items are never coming and therefore i would be due a refund? or that they will be sent separately?
