Because as any other business thera are good and bad experiences. I've been buying from Sammydress since last year and everything arrived perfectly. Some times packages may be lost in the mail and it's not the site's fault but that's why I pay the delivery insurance (1usd and cents) and pay through Paypal, if the package is lost Sammydress re-ships the dame items at no cost or if it never arrived I can get a refund from Paypal :)

I have always gotten all the things I ordered and I do wear them, so for me, it has only been a positive experience. It is important that you pay attention to the reviews and feedback people have given, to be sure it is a good product!

And when and if it comes the clothes are of the poorest quality.

Because I placed an order and never got my stuff...
