I messaged the support centre 6 days ago but am getting no response.

Both confirmation emails included the line "Part of the products that have not been sent are displayed as follows:"

Both sent parcels have now arrived and I can confirm those listed as "not sent" are missing but I note I have been charged for all of the items in both orders.

Does this mean that these items are never coming and therefore I would be due a refund? Or that they will be sent separately?
