I ordered from them once but never again. My order was slow to arrive. When it did the quality was poor but most disturbing was how off their sizing was. I ordered a large mens and got a petite womens. When I tried to contact customer service it proved impossible. Spend a little more somewhere else. You'll get better quality, shorter delivery. I have noticed that very good reviews frequently get posted for Sammydress. They often have similar spelling and grammar mistakes making me think that Sammydress itself is posting many of its own positive reviews.
My experience with them was excellent. My item of clothing was delivered promptly and matched my expectations. It came all the way from Singapore to Portugal and just took a couple of weeks. Yes, the shipping costs were more than the jacket I ordered but the total price was still a lot lower than I could have bought this item of clothing elsewhere. I was actually out the first time delivery was attempted but I emailed the courier service and suggested the next day. It was delivered the next day at the time specified. A very good shopping experience all round and I would order from Sammydress again.
I am a legitimate shopper. I ordered a wig from them in August to wear on bad hair days during my vacation. It was a great price - about $11. It was to arrive within 10-15 business days. After a month, with my vacation looming, I checked and saw that it had shipped, but there was no tracking information other than a photo of the package. No help! I emailed and they told me to wait another month and check at my post office, suggesting it arrived but wasn't delivered. Of course they could provide no proof that it had arrived anywhere. I opened a claim via PayPal, and they asked me to remove it. I did not. I also posted a negative review. A week later my merchandise arrived. It took 2 1/2 months and I could not wear it on vacation, but it was a very nice wig for a great price. Not sure I will ever wear it, tho. I closed the claim as they did deliver it.
