I received my order okay but the items look nothing like they do on their website. They look so cheap, a different colour and possibly not even the same material. I know the items they sell are cheap but their website is very misleading with the quality of their product.

I'm so glad everyone is seeing Rosewholesale for what it is a CON. They take your money, you never receive your goods and you keep believing their ever so polite and kind emails they write back. I wasted 3 months emailing them asking when will I get my goods, they seem to mix up my order number and finally they won...they ripped me off and have my money. Nothing I can do about it, I asked for their address twice which they ignored..SO who knows where their company is..Dont waste your money or time with this company. Rosewholesales review they left under my review(1st Jan '16) is just a joke, what a hide to even write anything back.

Thanks for your long explenation to what a sweat shop is I'm sure you've never ordered from them an posibly think we who where ripped off give a care. I don't they stole my money gave me crap. End of story they lie steal... email you back fast after you get your stuff... but when you want to cancel they avoid.. so what ever we who got stuff know there frauds end of story

For me, it was the complete lack of commitment to their refund policy. They sent me an article of clothing smellin of mold and with visible white patches of mold. Their refund policy says that if you provide pictures of the damaged item within 3 days, you are entitled to a redund. I did as asked - in 3 days. Not easy dealing with the time difference and all they would give me is $15/ of a $51 purchase.

Because we obviously had bad service. I have ordered an item , a jacket which was supposed to come with a belt. I have contacted them at least 4 times by e-mail. And about 20 times by phone which doesn't work. They say the are going to get back to me and never do. The jacket was a gift to my daughter. I had to give it to her as is without the belt. In hopes that she could find one that would work. The quality of the clothing can rank from very good to very poor.

Because 9 out of 10 people get screwed. I ordered a "quote" sweater, it was a cheap rayon light weight cover and took 2 months to arrive. If you wear a small order a large or xlg, everything runs extremely small and you get what you pay for, prices are cheap and you may get 2 wears before it falls apart

Because that was what we experienced. I spent $96 dollars on items that looked nothing like what I ordered, and when I tried to get my money back that was a complete joke!! I will say that the only good things I received were the shoes.

I can only speak from my own experience. All I want to do is return an item that I bought for a Christmas present that was too large. They are totally impossible to contact and get an answer from. Totally disappointing experience.

Because they are scammers! Take your money and fail to deliver the items. And because if you do ever receive something it will be tooooo small in size and be horrible quality. If you can find something positive in that! You are a saint. For me it just ain't there!

Because this company is a a big scam. I never received the merchandise, nor the refund, and there is no way to communicate with them after they take your money. I think that explains why.

Nobody wants to have to take the time to write a negative review but when you spend $135 in good faith and get not one piece of wearable clothing because the seams are not sewn, buttons are missing or a Large is too tight on a size 5 woman then you want to help others avoid making the same mistake. Its clear this stuff is made by children in sweat shops because no coherent adult would bother to put this garbage into packages or ship it.

I must be lucky, to have had a good experience with this company, and been happy with the items i ordered, i did have a problem with my first order but the result was very acceptable they replaced the item with no problem think they are based in china (not sure) and i live in the uk , so it could take any order to take anywhere between 3-4 weeks :)

Ever single response from all these other people happened to myself..... 2 months to deliver, cheap quality clothing, wasn't what I ordered, has poor stiching, long time for email response, refund of 3 dollars on a 15 dollar item that was a cheap replica different color with weird alien emblem of what I ordered. I wish the government could regulate and shut down this company but it's over seas in China I believe.

Because the quality of the merchandise is terrible. Because the customer service is awful. Because the shipping takes months, no matter if you pay for it or not. Because people don't like being scammed, they work hard for their money! Because... just don't buy from them!

Not all the reviews are negative. There are positive reviews, one of which I wrote myself. However, the positive reviews have been voted down, and at least in my case, falsely accused of being scam reviews.

I had 2 completely positive experiences shopping with Rose Wholesale before I decided not to shop with them anymore.

My reason? Getting educated. I learned that clothing wholesalers like these - and they are many - use slave labor working for pennies in sweatshops. Some of them are children. This is a widespread problem with ALL mass produced clothing and goods, and is not the specific fault of Rose Wholesale. However, in good conscience, once I had learned about this practice, I decided to stop purchasing discount clothing online from anyone.

Why have others had bad experiences? I would put it down to three basic problems.

1: North American and European consumers who do not pay attention to the warnings about the great difference in Asian sizing for clothing. Many people complain that the clothes are too small. In Western sizing i usually wear a Medium. In Asian sizing I am an XL. People who are ignorant of the sizing difference are angry when they receive small clothes they can't wear.

2: Consumers who opt for things like free shipping are not savvy at all about overseas shopping. When you opt for free shipping, you are risking losing your purchase. At best, you will have a long wait. Never, ever opt for free shipping on an overseas purchase if there is another, more secure option.

3: People seem to expect high quality clothing when they are paying a steeply discounted price. No, this is not high quality clothing. On the other hand, it is perfectly acceptable for everyday wear. I purchased a total of 9 different clothing items over 2 puirchases from them, including a winter coat, and was not only happy with my purchases, they continue to receive a lot of compliments. I am always being asked where I got my coat from.

Again, these are all avoidable grievances, but as you can see from the nature of most complaints, the majority of shoppers are simply not very savvy about purchasing clothing from Asia.

It all serves to obscure the real problem, which is the use of slave labor to make the clothing. This is the real reason not to purchase discount mass produced clothing from an online seller. Again, Rose Wholesale is not responsible for creating this policy, but virtually every online discount clothing seller shares the guilt here.

My advice: spend the extra money to buy locally produced clothing wherever possible. You can also find some truly wonderful high quality items in thrift shops.

Because they take your money and don't deliver there end of the contract they. and if on rare occasions you do receive your items there extremely late and not true to description cheap and never the right sizes they are awful to contact they never answer questions and when they do they lack basic customer care services and if people think we are all just putting negative feedback then they haven't even dealt with the company in question there is good feedback on the places we have used and they have been true to the word and professional unlike this company in question hope that gives people some kind of help but if your willing to gamble your money then please do go ahead and shop with this company

I am sorry that you are having a hard time with this company. Everything I ever ordered from Rosewholesale I have received. I can say that not all the items were not of great quality but usable, ie no tag in item or me not purchasing the correct size. It is wise when shopping online to examine the site well before purchasing ie are there any extra fees for shipping your merchandise, that you understand that you are purchasing items from another country, checking sizes, as with this company all clothing run small. It is suggested that you buy a size up than what you usually wear. I recently made a purchase with them after not shopping for a few month and still the item came in earlier than expected. Being a customer for a few years now I've found that connects with customer service has been pleasant due to they connected back to me within 24 hrs of contact with them and they have resolved any issues I've had. I hope that ths answer is helpful when shopping on this site and others.

Because the goods are terrible, I tried to complain and asked for my money back. I even opened a case with PayPal but because they kept coming bank to me with more idiot questions. It took so long time went by and PayPal closed the case. I ordered 3 items and they were nothing like the products shown on the website, they went in the bin ! Beware

Straight up, it seems that this company has made it a habit of selling junk to people, and the items frequently don't arrive at their destination. My personal experiences with this company have been extremely negative. If you have any sense, you would take all the negative reviews to heart and avoid ordering from such a shady company.

most people never get their order, they almost never answer when you call customer svs, their clothing sizes are for like elfs bc if you ever do get an order delivered (after like 2 or 3 months) the clothing is way too small, and the quality of long sleeve dress shirts is like very cheap fabric that looks like cheap curtains you would find at 99 cent store.

I believe that a majority of the people who are not satisfied with their purchase were just expecting too much. In reality you get what you pay for. The negative reviews really scared me after I had ordered but I was ultimately satisfied with my items. Yes the sizes are smaller than our American sizes but if you read the sizing chart you would see how they compare. Maybe I was just lucky to receive items that were as pictured and delivery that was on time-I did purchase 9 different things though and was able to use all but one which was just too small for me.

They are a horrible company. They sell clothing that is not as it appears in on their website. The sizing is way off. Example. I purchased 1 shirt and 2 dresses. The shirt came with strings hanging from the seams. Not thread but actual material. I ordered the correct size but the shirt was sewn so poorly it was crooked. No one could possibly wear it. On to the 2 dresses. Again, these dresses could not possibly be worn. The first dress would be indecent for me to wear in public. There is no material around the neck. Meaning my entire chest area, boobs and all are out there for everyone to see. The second dress. I don't even know how to describe it. Seams are crooked. Thread is white and the dress is pink and lime green. Does not hang properly. ALL THE ITEMS LOOK LIKE A 7 YEAR OLD sewed them. SAVE YOUR MONEY. THEIR STUFF IS GARBAGE!!! I can not emphasize this enough. KEEP YOUR MONEY. Anyone who purchased anything from this company got and is pleased, either got really lucky or has lower standards in what they wear. No disrespect intended. I received a refund. However, it was not what I paid. It was 75%. Which is utterly ridiculous. The company is located in China. The rate of exchange must be high. I believe they got the money they put in to the clothing. Also, there was NO CUSTOMS stamp on either package meaning they somehow are bypassing customs.Worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!! Hope this helps!!

I can only speak from my own experience, however, I will respond to 2 statements regarding discount clothing and free shipping. 1. I would expect the item I purchased to at least SLIGHTLY resemble the picture the seller is advertising and 2. I PAID for the shipping, it was not free.

When you order from a company that is selling products that they post it should be as it is represented but in this company what their idea is to show you NICE PRETTY ITEMS and if your lucky which most aren't they send you NOTHING BUT PURE CRAP. Be smart shop elsewhere unless you like just throwing your money away. Products are cheap prices are cheap but shipping is outrageous. They come from China and you will pay for that. The company is impossible to contact once you do place an order. I will NEVER do business with this place AGAIN. You know the ole saying fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

Because if is a rip off company. They take your money and you never see your item(s). When I tried to email them (using the exact same email I used to sign up for my order) I keep getting a message that my email is invalid. So I try to go back in and register again to get a message to them but then I'm told my email it already in use and to go back to sign in. They have quite a scam going on. The legal folks I've talked to say there isn't enough value in individual orders to go after them. That we would need a large group of people filing together to go after them.

I think it has to do with expectations. This is not an American company. You get what you pay for. My items always arrived as promised and I did learn a lesson regarding sizes the first time. Again, you get what you pay for.
