Look for my reviews if you can find them under Kristi P.? If you read enough of these reviews regarding Rosegal you will find it VERY HIGH RISK. You can find these shops with this merchandise on Ebay who will hold them to a standard or shut them down from Ebay, Ebay has your back. Go to your Bank and try and work through them for Fraud. Make copies of your correspondence, copies from this site, copy that this Site is Government Funded and see if they won't help you. I think Rosegal makes a lot of money just waiting for people to give up. Our money is like 6x's more valuable in China. They are making millions plus as they have other sites to for example Gearbest.com. The watch less than $10 and did not run but not worth the exasperation, so they made $60? Sorry for your loss and at least try the Bank straight out, I don't believe they will give you a refund. More than anything pass the word... DO NOT BUY FROM ROSEGAL.COM and if buying out of the Country check it out first or do like I said... Ebay, they have the same stores and merchandise from China but if they don't tow the line, Ebay will cut them off.

I too am coming to feel like rosegal is nothing but a scam. my order has been "processing" for weeks and weeks. tried to call multiple times... magicjack phone number that is mysteriously not available and cannot receive messages. what legitimate company uses magicjack for their phone line? so suspicious! also, on-line chat is never available. the on-line help ticket boasts a 24 hr turn around... no such thing! not sure where to go from here. super bummed since the items i ordered were so cute. will the bbb be of any assistance? what about paypal? any help is greatly appreciated? Don't shop at rosegal. I ordered things from them in the beginning of December last year and didn't get even a few of the items until mid to late January. Then I received a few other items I had ordered in March. It is the middle of July and I am still waiting for some of the items that I purchased 7 months ago. WHATEVER you do, do not buy from this company.

No but it's probably the only way you will get a full refund when you discover you've been ripped off, which you will be! My advice don't order at all. The positive reviews are written by them.
