Ordered three items. First had uneven seams badly sewn. Second wasn't even the item ordered. Third had clearly been home to a family of moths the amount of holes in it. None of the items had manufacture or care lables attached. Clearly made in a back room or sweat shop. After three weeks of Rosegal refusing to provide a returns address I referred the matter to Paypal who are now dealing with it. They have tried lying saying I cannot have full refund as the items are now second hand! They have tried every trick to get me to accept a refund of less than half the value and not return them.
