Look for my reviews if you can find them under Kristi P.? If you read enough of these reviews regarding Rosegal you will find it VERY HIGH RISK. You can find these shops with this merchandise on Ebay who will hold them to a standard or shut them down from Ebay, Ebay has your back. Go to your Bank and try and work through them for Fraud. Make copies of your correspondence, copies from this site, copy that this Site is Government Funded and see if they won't help you. I think Rosegal makes a lot of money just waiting for people to give up. Our money is like 6x's more valuable in China. They are making millions plus as they have other sites to for example Gearbest.com. The watch less than $10 and did not run but not worth the exasperation, so they made $60? Sorry for your loss and at least try the Bank straight out, I don't believe they will give you a refund. More than anything pass the word... DO NOT BUY FROM ROSEGAL.COM and if buying out of the Country check it out first or do like I said... Ebay, they have the same stores and merchandise from China but if they don't tow the line, Ebay will cut them off.

I just yesterday received the last item from an order I placed in March. Apparently this company ships each item as it becomes available and I received a total of five packages before I finally got them all. I think you will eventually get your order it just may take longer than you like. Also, to be fair to them, one item was not available and they did contact me and give me a refund. Good Luck and I hope you like your items when they do arrive.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY of clothes covered with dirt and oil and brown smelly stains. One blouse literally fell apart (lace broke everywhere when trying it on.! No label of any kind. Way smaller than medium size. No response to complaint.

I agree with poor quality 100%. Their fabric is cheap. Strings hanging off everywhere as if they just sewed them... which I am pretty sure they did. If you order a size "Large" and you usually wear a 10/12 then do not buy it because their "Large" is not a true Large! It is a small! So, I am just out the $$$ because I will never be able to wear the product. I don't dare ship it back to them because I will never see my refund. I ordered my items on 7/22/15. The postmark on my package said 08/18/15 which tells me that they didn't ship it until I made a complaint on this website. Even then, I didn't receive it until 09/04/15. They sent me an email and said that they already refunded my credit card and that if I would come back on this website and post a positive review that they would send me a free gift! HA! HA! HA!... that has been over a week ago and I still don't have a refund, plus... instead of asking for me to say something nice, maybe they should really take to heart all of these NEGATIVE comments on this website and do right by their customers and just be freaking HONEST and handle their business in a timely manner and stop lying to us!

This company is similar to NastyDress.com, their ads are very deceiving, online chat customer support do not communicate in English, they don't accept returns and they don't give you the refunds. They business SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I believe the products are made in China and the business is operating from Singapore.

. DID YOU PAY WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I CALLED PAYPAL AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING ROSEGAL. I HAD BOUGHT 7 ITEMS FROM THEM AND TOLD PAYPAL WHAT A PROBLEM IM HAVING GETTING REFUNDED AND RETURNING THIS PRODUCT. BECAUSE OF THEIR SIZING IS WAY OFF AND THAT THEIR PRODUCT WAS NOT EVEN SEWN COMPLETELY. PAYPAL TOLD ME IF WE GET ENOUGH COMPLAINT TOWARD ROSEGAL. THEY CAN CLOSE THEIR PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR GOOD. I love 2 of the 3 items I have received, no problems with communication, you can PM them also on Facebook. Awaiting my 3rd item but this was out of stock so advised I would wait. Both other items arrived in under 3 weeks. Paid by PayPal. I am pleasantly surprised and Happy with RoseGal

I can't speak for USPS, but i know Canada Post didn't recognize their tracking number, so once it departed from UK Soil to US Soil tracking dropped off the map until it showed up at my door. I would look into what agreement USPS has in place in honoring and scanning these tracking numbers. Did you use the global tracker to see where it is? If you email Rosegal they give you a link

Don't do it! They should have all the info they need if you already paid for your order. They require to much personal ID that seems like the identity thieves are knocking at your door!

Second time purchaser, first time i got 2 items, one of which was incorrect when i received it. Second order - currently waiting for 2 of 3 items that were paid for on feb 28th... the 3rd item hasn't been shipped, is apparently backordered and th eonly reason i know that is because I asked (was never contacted to say the item was 'back ordered') i was told on march 16th that it would be avaliable by march 25th... its april 12th and yup, you guessed it... still hasn't been shipped not have i received any sort of availability or refund information.

I have ordered twice from this company. Never again. The clothes are cheaply made and if you want to return anything it costs a lot of money as they are from China. I got a sweater that smelled like it had been in a basement or flood. Awful!

Personally I have like the experience with this website. The only thing I found is that the things I have ordered get delivered after a month. But besides that everything has fit perfectly and they have good products for the price you pay. I recommended.

When I actually got ahold of a human. They refused to give me their name. Hung up on me numerous times. Then the last one asked for my bank account information. They charged me so much money. I received nothing but headaches.

Unfortunately I am reading these reviews so late, I ordered multiple items dress and jewellery from this website around 20 days ago and i have not received them yet. I tried to contact with their customers but their phone number is never working and their live chat is always off! So, I am very disappointed with this website now! YES, open up a dispute ASAP! You only have within 90 days to get everything back! DO NOT BUY the insurance scam that they can't give you everything back. I got 100% of my money back because I told them I was going to escalate. Set a date to get 100% of your money then ESCALATE if they don't!
