I order an item at the end of August and it never arrived. I've already complained twice. What do you recommend?

Try to email them through their website, though it is really convoluted to do so.
Hopefully you will get your package eventually, but it may take months.
Keep putting bad reviews on the relevant sites... this company does not deserve to operate.

I got a response after complaining on here and got a refund after a few weeks. Keep on them and keep complaining! It's not ok what they do.

I have contacted the bank to try to get them to do something to get my money back. Others said they got some money back from PayPal. This whole thing is scam to me. Now Rosegal just ignored my emails. I got no goods and no money back from them. Hope no more people fall for they false advertisement.

What have they said in response to your complaints? The same thing happened to me, I lodged a complaint through their 'support ticket' system and I ended up getting a refund, though I had to wait a couple months for the 'delivery deadline'. If you ordered it in August you should qualify for a refund by now. Also if you bought your item through paypal you can lodge a complaint with them and they will get a refund for you.

I ordered at the end of August as well and have complained 4 times the first 3 times they answered my complaint telling me that I needed to give it more time but they have yet to respond to the forth time and that was a few weeks ago this ace totally sucks! I will never order from them again!

Yep I finally got a refund after 3 months. Firstly if you dont have any sucess with your original ticket number go to the Rosegal website and join their membership. They will send an email welcoming you. Immediately sign in with your new log in details and password and get new ticket number and complain. They responded immediately and I got a refund within a few days. However the my order still hasnt arrived. Hòpe this helps.

I tried getting a refund to no avail. I lodged complaints through the better business, cyber fraud, and consumer financial agency.

Same thing happened to me. Contacted pay pal, only to find that you only get ninty days to resolve your issues. Hence I think this is why they ask you to wait a few more months to see if your order arrives scam!
