How do i remove a review that gives away personal staff information?

My last invoice with true telecom came up to £348:00 - £129:00 disconnection fee and £199:00 early termination fee plus £20:00 for temporary out of service. i am appalled at these costs as when i was cold called from the said salesman, under no time when negotiating was this mentioned. the paperwork given was so poorly photocopied as he claimed his laptop was stolen that week/day that i could not read it. therefore i am claiming i have had no evidence of this 'cooling down period' which was 14 days now its 12 months and 14 days. i've had numerous discussions over the last 3 months with customer services and no-one is taking responsibility for this. i have since raised a complaint but also want to dispute this invoice. have you a resolution scheme? as i believe there is a breakdown in communication.

How has someone accessed my true telecom account via their mobile billed as wifi services when my secure broadband is with another provider

I was told by true that all penalty chargers levied by bt on changing over to true would be waived on my behalf by true. four months later true have failed to honour this agreement and i have been pursued by a debt collecting agency and have had to pay considerable charges to bt- contrary to what i was told by true. true has failed to reply to any of my emails on the subject and my phone calls are just dealt with by saying that a chaser has been put out and someone will contact me. they never do. how do i get the money back that i was told true would waive on my behalf?

Answer:

The ombudsman is OS communication. You do have to lodge a complaint and you need to email using the word complaint then os should be able to help you the number is 03304401614, every telecommunication company has they own ombudsman.

Hi is there a cooling off period after the verbal agreement? i was told to expect a direct debit form to sign through the post? do true pay the early leaver penalty charges from bt? do i need a different router? i thought all hardware was bt open reach?

Answer:

You will never get an answer from tru telecom, once they have you it's hard to leave without paying tru lots of money
