My last invoice with True Telecom came up to £348:00 - £129:00 Disconnection fee and £199:00 early termination fee plus £20:00 for temporary out of service. I am appalled at these costs as when I was cold called from the said salesman, under no time when negotiating was this mentioned. The paperwork given was so poorly photocopied as he claimed his laptop was stolen that week/day that I could not read it. Therefore I am claiming I have had no evidence of this 'cooling down period' which was 14 days now its 12 months and 14 days. I've had numerous discussions over the last 3 months with customer services and no-one is taking responsibility for this. I have since raised a complaint but also want to dispute this invoice. Have you a resolution scheme? As I believe there is a breakdown in communication.
