I was told by True that all penalty chargers levied by BT on changing over to True would be waived on my behalf by True. Four months later True have failed to honour this agreement and I have been pursued by a debt collecting agency and have had to pay considerable charges to BT- contrary to what I was told by True. True has failed to reply to any of my emails on the subject and my phone calls are just dealt with by saying that a chaser has been put out and someone will contact me. They never do. How do I get the money back that I was told True would waive on my behalf?
