Hi is there a cooling off period after the verbal agreement?
I was told to expect a direct debit form to sign through the post?
Do True pay the early leaver penalty charges from BT?
Do I need a different router? I thought all hardware was BT open reach?

You will never get an answer from tru telecom, once they have you it's hard to leave without paying tru lots of money

The router is free but 30 pound connection for broadband most company's charge this I have had a great service and very cheap bill I am more then happy with them

True have not waived my penalty charges from leaving BT- 5 months of constant emails and phone calls have had no response from True. The router has to be paid for.
