I can't geylt ahold of them. they sent me a message informing me my items were outbox stock, but when i ordered them it stated they were in stock. i got on live chat, waited 15cmin and had to hang up because i didn't want to waste my minutes especially not knowing how long it would take them to answer me. so i completed the help form and it kept telling me my phone number was incorrect, which it wasn't. i'm not sure now if i will get my money back or not. there is no way i can get in touch with them. i'm so angry. NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER ORDER FROM THEM! This is nothing like Amazon. If you want to return an item you must run a timely gauntlet of approvals first. Than, if your actually receive a return approval you must pay for the return to CHINA! Yes to CHINA. I had to pay $75.00 to return a $100 pair of boots and, after one month, have yet to hear from them. This site is a scam!

Answer:

They did it to me too, took payment for goods they didn't have then kept my money not saying a word. When I realised there was something wrong they offered to refund me but in geological time! I found they tried (a bit) harder when I posted comments on their Facebook site. I did get a refund in the end but it took too long, and let's not forget they took money for goods they advertised that they could not supply. So my advice is post on their Facebook site. And like me never order form this morally bankrupt shower again.
