on 10/26/16They did it to me too, took payment for goods they didn't have then kept my money not saying a word. When I realised there was something wrong they offered to refund me but in geological time! I found they tried (a bit) harder when I posted comments on their Facebook site. I did get a refund in the end but it took too long, and let's not forget they took money for goods they advertised that they could not supply. So my advice is post on their Facebook site. And like me never order form this morally bankrupt shower again.
