Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from LightInTheBox staff and previous consumers.
It depends on the processing time of the product and the shipping method you choose. Please check the processing time on the product page and plus the shipping time, which is 3-5 business days for expedited shipping, 6-8 business days for standard shipping, and 10-20 business days (14-28 calendar days) for Super Saver Shipping.
I have no idea of their quality or authenticity. I thought I would order a small item to check the company out. After a month, I inquired about my order, and was told it was out of stock, but it should be shipped in a week or two. Now I got a notice that it has been delivered, but I don't have it. So I contacted them again, and they tell me another week or two. I placed the order on july 30, and they say if I don't have it by oct 3 they will see what they can do, and try to do better next time. I will never use this company again.
Just read the recent feedback for this so called seller, it has gone down terribly. I had to threaten them with the small claims court to get my money back from paypal. It is of course your choice but I will never use them again. If it seems to good to be true it usually is. Regards, Alan.
Well, yet another hard lesson hard learned. Hope it will be worth the wait, should you EVER receive it. Most times if it looks too good to be true, it most likely is. ALWAYS take a few minutes and look at INDEPENDENT reviews, and not those posted by the company, they all have excellent ways of disguising reviews. Amazon is always a good review site. Or any consumer site that does not contain the company's name in its byline. This shop has notoriously bad reviews for delivery, quality, etc., so slap yourself and sit back and wait, or have credit card remove the charge. This place usually takes your money the day of order, but then takes months to get the product. Next time, spend a few more euros and go to a reputable site that at least has a phone number, address and customer service at the bottom of their page. This one has none of those. Good luck!
By now you got the answer. Yes, you have to pay if you are in Europe for sure... other countries too as you see above. I paid 60 swiss francs for an order of around 60 CHF... in VAT and handling charges. So its double...
I would not buy from them. Their customer service sucks. I ordered something to be delivered before Christmas and paid for expedited shipping and didn't receive it until after the new year. The shipping didn't take long, it was the "processing" which was not told to me. Any good reviews you see are paid lackeys from the company.
I think if you are going to order from the site you must know more about ordering from China first. It can take weeks for a delivery to arrive and there may for some reason be a delay with the shipping so allow at least 4 weeks for a delivery. The products I ordered have been absolutely fantastic. Some items are lesser quality than others but if you want best quality go to London and pay the prices! Clothing can come smaller from China but this is really common knowledge, answer, order bigger! Hope this helps!
Eternity! Just forget about it. As such when you receive it you might also receive the vat and customs duty... Sometimes more than the cost of the product...
