Well, yet another hard lesson hard learned. Hope it will be worth the wait, should you EVER receive it. Most times if it looks too good to be true, it most likely is. ALWAYS take a few minutes and look at INDEPENDENT reviews, and not those posted by the company, they all have excellent ways of disguising reviews. Amazon is always a good review site. Or any consumer site that does not contain the company's name in its byline. This shop has notoriously bad reviews for delivery, quality, etc., so slap yourself and sit back and wait, or have credit card remove the charge. This place usually takes your money the day of order, but then takes months to get the product. Next time, spend a few more euros and go to a reputable site that at least has a phone number, address and customer service at the bottom of their page. This one has none of those. Good luck!

I finally received my clothes one to two months after the payments were made, but the clothes are fine, their not worth the wait though. They are budget in comparison to the clothing advertised. Just keep emailing customer service and making complaints, and then when you do (lets hope you do) receive your items then don't buy from this place again. But like I said it took about two months to receive my items, this might happen to you as well.

Two months? Why wait so long. You should make a claim immediately, and report to your credit card bank.

Two months seems like a long time however their timeline is a lot different that what we would expect. If you have been charged (and confirmed this with your bank/credit card statement), then under "My Orders" on the LITB website, you should see a timeline with some dates on it. Typically, they process the payment quickly (go figure) but to actually fill the order takes about a week or two, and then when it ships, they still ask that you give it 16-20 days.

I've waited as long as two months before as well and while everything came intact and I was happy with the purchase, it was a long time to wait, even for this company.

I am sorry this has happened but not surprised! You could try customer services but good luck with that! I hope your issue is resolved but doubt it.
I can only stress not to use light in the box ever again.

2 months is a long time to wait but with this lot it can be expected, my shirt was 6 weeks late and about 3 sizes too small.
I have unsubscribed from them but still get emails.
I dont bother answering any more.
Their customer service are useless too, and the extra charges at your door are laughable.
Best advice is dump this lot, supper your loss and move on.

Hello. I suggest you follow answer from Joseph S. And first check with your bank that NO money has been withdrawn from your account. Continue to LITB website and check if your order has been dispatched: If it has you must wait out the time of free shipping (this might take quite some time). If item(s) are in the process of being dispatched then you should write to customer service through your order number (this you find after signing in on LITB website and chosing your account online. Customer service will provide you with a ticket number which should reopen your querie. After receiving this, you must be in contact so that the issue can be resolved. Hope this helps. For me it did not as my question has (deliberately) been neglected. I am still willing to buy from LITB (LightInTheBox.com) but company must reinstate the value of the coupons earned including the US$ that should be changed in my local currency.
I know that this can be tedious but do not give up!

They do not respond to any refund if the product is not good or even respond to complain. There is not much u could do except follow the steps to enquire as suggested by other users. I will not buy clothes from them. My experience was very bad with them

Hi, look on your receipt and their email address should be on it. You have to email them and tell them what has happened. They do not have a phone number to track orders. Its not acceptable for your merchandise to have not arrived after two months. Please follow up via email and or put a stop on payment. Theresa

Hi Lorraine, if you go to your orders, you don't see it? Have you looked at your order page before this and seen your order being processed? If you have you should have an order number, and this will say the order was received and your order paid for. Then it will give you the date it was shipped. From that date you can work out how long it will take to arrive. 20 to 30 working days is normal for free shipping. If you have an order number click on Refunds and open a ticket and ask Customer services about your order. Check your credit card first to make sure your account has record of your transaction.

2 months is too long. If you do not see your order on your account online, they probably do not have your order. Was your credit card charged for this order? It is possible that order was not processed. If card was charged, but you cannot see this order, contact seller or start dispute on your credit card.
