Hi Maria If you contact one of the advisors in sure they will tell you how long it takes should you want a refund. They were really helpful with me even before I bought the program but I honestly don't think you will need a refund! I'm sure you will get the job, I was terrible at interview was unsuccessful so many times and after 2 days of this system I got the job I wanted! Try it honestly I truly believe In the program.

For traditional interview questions, like "what's your biggest strength?", our system creates customized responses based on your profile of motivations, strengths, values and personality traits. For behavioral questions, we provide you with examples, templates, worksheets, and other support materials, but since we don't know the stories of your past accomplishments, you'll still have to fill them in yourself. The answer depends on how long ago you left, what happened prior to your departure and what you have done since your departure, your relationships with your past co-workers, and what you plan to do next. One answer might be that you left because your mission there was accomplished - you achieved the goals you set out. Hope that helps.

Hi TL, Thanks for your note. Our program can help you find the words to talk about yourself effectively. But if you get nervous and English is not your first language, the most important piece of advice I can share is to practice your answers extensively before the interview. Even if you aren't asked the exact questions you spend time practicing, you'll know what you want to say during the interview, and you can often apply those words to different answers. This program can help you with a variety of traditional and behavioral type questions. It doesn't get into technical type questions related to healthcare though, so you would need to prepare for those as well. Hi Christina, I think you are referring to a one time live training event, not Interview Success Formula. Because of the unique training approach for this live session, we made it possible for individuals to attend this event for a minimal fee and be charged the remaining balance after they had a chance to see results. We have a 7 day per week customer service team, and we strive to take care of any questions as quickly as possible, including billing inquiries. Hope that helps.
