Hi, I graduated in Chemical Engineering 6 months ago and am looking for entry level position. I was searching a lot to find interview questions but never find good answers for behavioral and most common questions and that related to my experience. English is my second language and I am sure I do have problem with finding a good words and answers that I can express my self. Is this program would send me specific story answers related to my personality and background that I can memorize word to word and present them in the interview? Is every answers specific for individuals?

This program is unique in that it combines techniques with your personal experiences to give you a foundation for your job interviews. No memorization is needed just follow the suggestions and you should be good to go!

Thanks for your question. For traditional interview questions, like "what's your biggest strength?", our system creates customized responses based on your profile of motivations, strengths, values and personality traits. For behavioral questions, we provide you with examples, templates, worksheets, and other support materials, but since we don't know the stories of your past accomplishments, you'll still have to fill them in yourself.
