I'm not sure if I will have 2 hours to focus on the class. Is there a way for me to record it. Also if I cancel, how hard is it to cancel before being charged the 96. Exactly what is the 96 for?

Hi Christina,
I think you are referring to a one time live training event, not Interview Success Formula. Because of the unique training approach for this live session, we made it possible for individuals to attend this event for a minimal fee and be charged the remaining balance after they had a chance to see results.
We have a 7 day per week customer service team, and we strive to take care of any questions as quickly as possible, including billing inquiries. Hope that helps.
