If you contact one of the advisors in sure they will tell you how long it takes should you want a refund. They were really helpful with me even before I bought the program but I honestly don't think you will need a refund! I'm sure you will get the job, I was terrible at interview was unsuccessful so many times and after 2 days of this system I got the job I wanted! Try it honestly I truly believe In the program.

I'm sorry you didn't get the job you wanted! Did you follow up with questions to the interviewers as to why you didn't get the job? If yes, what did they say? If you didn't, follow the recommendations of the program to ask and learn why you were not chosen for the job. This will help you not only understand why you didn't get the job but also give you insights on what to do differently to increase your chances of getting another job you are trying to get.
If you read everything you agreed to when you purchased the program, you'll see that it does not guarantee you will get the first job you interview for. Stay positive and don't give up! Good luck!

Maria, It is really frustrating and scary that you are not getting the results that you need. Don't give up; but, this program really works. It's overwhelming at first to incorporate all of the material into your job search and interview; but, it will give you results if you follow the step-by-step process. I "worked" everyday for minimally 4 to 6 hours using this program. Treat finding a job like going to work everyday until you find your dream job. Do not give up on this program... keep working it. Confidence in yourself and what you have to offer will get you the job you need. Good luck!

I don't recall it guaranteeing that you will get THE one job that you interview for, but I could have missed that. I used it as a guideline to see what I should review before the interview for the company I was applying for as well as how to answer the questions about myself. I think it was a great guide and really made me feel more confident with my answers. I didn't memorize the answer formula produced but I used my own words in the same manner that the formula suggested. If you try to memorize it may backfire if you forget something along the way. Remember that the interview is not only to see if the interviewer likes you, but also for you to see if you want to spend your time working there too. Just prepare before you go in and be yourself-truly. Sorry I couldn't really answer your question. Good luck.
