How effective is this for interviews for a management or supervisory role? Is this mostly geared towards entry level interviewers?

Thanks for your note Andrea. The program is a great fit for this type of interview. The vast majority of our clients have more than 15 years of work experience and range from c-level executives and managers to individual contributors and support staff. So you would be in good company.
