My Instacart account and bank credit card were probably compromised on 8-6 and so far Instacart has done nothing except lock my account. I have not heard from them for two days. The phone reps don't have access to relevant info, and I can't get through to any managers.

This is negligence at least. Any ideas how I can find out if I've been hacked?

I have the same situation. No response to 4 phone calls, 3 emails to help@instacart. 24/7 Customer service is a bunch of malarkey
