When I attempt to email them regarding a refund owed, it does not let me submit, for 2 days now. Problems any one else?

I have emailed several times and told to call. Latest wait time 4 hours! Online chat still not available.

Yes, I think they are scam artist. No integrity, in our business if we don't delivery the full order, we don't charge the customer for it. Basically they are stealing from people.
