Great concept, brutal customer service. They "auto renew" the account which always leaves a bad taste. If you try to call them for help they will actually hang up on you, complete indifference. It is shocking to think of a business being run like this. I wouldn't sign up again and have deleted my accounts in the middle of my membership due to gross incompetence with the customer support. I wanted an email to confirm my account deletion and they couldn't make it happen. I don't trust this company.
Tip for consumers:
Don't sign up or if you do avoid calling customer service. They literally hang up on you. They have kids answering the phone who really don't care and will actually hang up mid sentence. I wanted an email confirming my account was deleted because of auto renewal, this was too much to ask. AVOID
Products used:
Tried to order groceries online. Never again with instacart. Customer service is offensive.
They trick customers with offers of $1-5 for an answer, only to quietly bill you monthly around $50+ until you notify them to stop. To get away with this, they go radio silent and make sure not to send any communication whatsoever. Once you start leaving negative reviews anywhere, they are all over it to try and control the online narrative. This is without question a company that fails in the long run. AVOID
