Through on your agency website, I have booked the Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers Kowloon, Hong Kong early morning (Aug. 18,2016) the Booking Reference: 5075931. I called the Hotel (852)2736-1188; they said that I did not book the room (Nov. 1,2016) at all. They told me that their booking number start the digital is should start "7" instead "5". I have given my name to ask them to check, they said there is not booking neither! Would you please explain to me what happen? Is there any misunderstand? Thank you in advance. Confirmation Ref. 4189009: Hotel Baia, Bodrum, (Turkey) informs that reservation has not been made despite full payment 3 days ago. What's going on? How long does it take for partial refund because length of stay was shortened.
