Through on your agency website, I have booked the Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers Kowloon, Hong Kong early morning (Aug. 18,2016) the Booking Reference: 5075931. I called the Hotel (852)2736-1188; they said that I did not book the room (Nov. 1,2016) at all. They told me that their booking number start the digital is should start "7" instead "5".
