Dear Murat, The refund was processed on HotelTravel. Coms end on 21 June. The remaining time it takes for the refund to be processed is dependent on the card issuing bank and its internal refund procedures. The booking has been reconfirmed by Gizem AYDEMİR from the hotel, and the booking will show in the hotels system. Best regards

Now 3 weeks are over and i got no refund. You took my money after 5 seconds, than you are not able to give me a room for the booked rate. And now i still wait for my money. Soon i will be in bangkok. May be i have to go to the police. If you take money and give nothing for it you have to transact it direct. Or better not take it before you can guarantee the booking

Normally standard room would have a double and single. But best check with hotel direct. Never again will i use a third party
