I called the Hotel (852)2736-1188; they said that I did not book the room (Nov. 1,2016) at all. They told me that their booking number start the digital is should start "7" instead "5". I have given my name to ask them to check, they said there is not booking neither! Would you please explain to me what happen? Is there any misunderstand? Thank you in advance.
