Confirmation Ref. 4189009: Hotel Baia, Bodrum, (Turkey) informs that reservation has not been made despite full payment 3 days ago. What's going on? How long does it take for partial refund because length of stay was shortened.

Dear Murat,
The refund was processed on HotelTravel. Coms end on 21 June. The remaining time it takes for the refund to be processed is dependent on the card issuing bank and its internal refund procedures.
The booking has been reconfirmed by Gizem AYDEMİR from the hotel, and the booking will show in the hotels system.
