Usually this can take up to 3 days to receive confirmation email. If you still don't have it, please let me know in private message and include your booking reference or email address, so I'll take a look into this for you.

I did eventually get my money back, but only after posting my story online here was it dealt with. I felt stressed and worried for weeks about the situation, which would make me very nervous about using their service again. Sorry if that seems unfair, but I've never had to fight so hard to get my money back before!
I received my refund for the double booking in 2days the operator was really good. I do agree that the website is not the best re slow and no confirmation. I think I would book through them again but would check my account before I resubmitted.
Hoteling told me it takes up to 72 hours to get confirmation from their supplier, I never got confimation even after waiting 3 days and was advised by AMEX to cancel and take the $50 fee, which they offered to reimburse me for and did.
